Our large network of verified curators covers many genres and styles. This allows us to tailor your promotion to playlists that fit your sound and attract real, engaged Spotify listeners. We pitch your track based on its genre and mood, not on individual listener data — since Spotify doesn’t share detailed location playlist insights. However, some of our niche playlists do have regional focus (for example, Dutch playlists mainly reach listeners in the Netherlands and Belgium). We don’t guarantee a fixed number of streams, results can vary depending on your song, genre, and audience response. Each package includes an estimated campaign target that reflects the average range we’ve seen from similar promotions in the past. These targets are meant to give you a realistic idea of what to expect, not a guaranteed outcome. Your track’s performance ultimately depends on its quality and listener appeal. Well-produced music that connects with the audience often performs above average, while niche or experimental tracks may grow more gradually. Every stream you receive comes from real Spotify users, so your results are always authentic and organic.

1. Setup (1–2 business days): We review your music and prepare your campaign. You’ll get access to your personal dashboard where you can track progress and updates.

2. Pitching (1–14 days): Our verified curators review your track and select the most fitting playlists for your genre. You’ll receive email updates as placements go live. (For YouTube campaigns, we’ll begin once Google approves your video.)

3. Results & Tracking (1–4 weeks): Your song will be placed in active playlists and stay there until your campaign goal is reached. You can follow all placements and performance directly in your dashboard.

If we’re unable to effectively promote your track, we’ll always provide a suitable solution. This could mean transferring your promotion to another track, saving it for a future release, applying it to a different type of promotion (such as YouTube), or issuing a refund.

If you’re not satisfied with one or more of your placements, just send us a message. We’ll review the playlists together and see what we can do — whether that’s replacing a placement, adjusting the campaign, or finding another suitable solution. Our goal is to make sure every campaign feels fair, transparent, and effective.
