Refund policy

You can withdraw within 14 days of your order without giving a reason. If your campaign has already started, you pay for the part already performed and we refund the rest within 14 days. Once a campaign is fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. To withdraw, email contact@trackstothemax.com or use the return option in your account. Spotify Playlist Promotion: If we are unable to effectively promote your music, we will offer an alternative solution or refund.

Monthly Playlist Promotion: Cancel anytime before your renewal date. No refunds for the current active month.

YouTube Video Promotion & Music Growth Ads: No refunds once a campaign is live and ad spend is committed. If a campaign cannot be launched due to reasons attributable to Tracks To The Max, a full refund will be issued.
