How long does a campaign run?
Most campaigns run for 2β4 weeks. We keep ads live while they perform, and you can extend with extra budget if you want more reach.
What do I need to deliver?
Your track (and optional video). We produce the ads, set up tracking, and launch. You do not need your own Meta ads account for Starter, Growth or Pro.
Do you guarantee streams or followers?
No. We buy real clicks to Spotify. Streams and followers depend on how listeners engage with your music after they click.
Can I promote a playlist, EP or album?
Yes. Singles, EPs, albums and playlists are all supported.
Which countries do you target?
We target the markets that convert best for your sound. Typical focus is Europe and other high-intent listening markets.
Which DSPs do you target?
Campaigns send listeners to Spotify via a smartlink. Other DSPs can be discussed for Advanced campaigns.
Can I extend the campaign with more budget?

Do you need access to my ad account or Instagram page?
Not for standard packages. We run ads from our account. Advanced includes your own ad account, Instagram profile and pixel.
What if my track isn't good enough to advertise?
If we don't believe ads will convert, we'll tell you before launch and discuss options instead of spending blindly.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Ad spend that already ran cannot be refunded. Unused budget and agency fee cases are handled case by case β reach out to support.
What happens after the campaign ends?
You keep the creatives, reporting and any listeners who followed or saved. Algorithmic lift can continue after ads stop.

Yes. Monthly Playlist Promotion is the subscription: pick a plan, we pitch your track every month, and you can cancel anytime before the next billing date.
Can I change my track each month?
Yes. Before each renewal you can swap in a new track. If you donβt change it, we keep pitching the current one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before the next billing date and you wonβt be charged again. The current month still runs to the end.
How many tracks can I promote?
Each monthly plan covers one track at a time. Want two tracks live together? Run two subscriptions or upgrade after a chat with us.
